Organic mix for bread – plain, 250g
no yeast, no sugar, paleo, no grains, high in fiber and proteins, adapted for ketogenic diets.
Almonds* 98% (Spain), baking soda, salt. *organically grown.
In the sachet in a cool and dry place.
Once baked: Co’Pain does not dry out ! Unlike traditional bread, Co’Pain keeps up to 10 days in a reclosable sachet in the fridge or in the freezer !!
At home you will need 2 whole eggs and 5g (1tsp) apple cider vinegar.
Empty the content of the sachet into a bowl, add the eggs and the apple vinegar. Using a rubber spatula, mix well.
Make into a ball, place on a baking sheet. Flatten gently with the palm of your hand.
Bake in the middle of the oven preheated to 150°C for about 40-45 minutes. To check: prick with a toothpick.
Vegan method :
Replace the eggs with 120g silken tofu. Bake for 50-55 minutes at 150°C.
Once baked Co’Pain weighs about 350g. A good slice weighs between 40-50g.
