no yeast, no sugar, paleo, no grains, rich in fiber and proteins, adapted for ketogenic diets.
Almonds* 60% (Spain), chia seeds* 25.8%, pumpkin seeds*, baking soda, salt.*organically grown.
Store jar away from sunlight.

At home you will need 3 whole eggs and 2 tsp apple cider vinegar.
Empty the content of the jar into a bowl, add the eggs and the apple cider vinegar. Using a rubber spatula, mix well.
Make into a ball, place on a baking sheet. Flatten gently with the palm of your hand.
Bake in the middle of the oven preheated to 160°C for about 50 minutes. To check: prick with a toothpick.
Vegan method :
Replace the eggs with 160g silken tofu. Bake for 50-55 minutes at 160°C.
Once baked Co’Pain weighs about 550g. A good slice weighs between 40-50g.
Add crispy bacon bit, pitted olives, dried tomatoes bits, grated cheese…
Nutritional values with silken tofu are similar as above.
